How We Work

Meet in person. We are available to discuss the  situation and how we can help you find a rental that suits your needs.
Complete the application. We check your credit history, rental references, employment and criminal background.
Rental Agreement. Review and sign the agreement, pay security deposit and prorated first month’s rent.
Pick up your keys. Less worry knowing we care for our tenants and we take your maintenance needs seriously.

Available Properties

$60.00 application fee for each applicant.  You’ll need to complete our application and have a minimum of 3 yrs acceptable rental history or equivalent and 1 yr continuous employment or equivalent.  We check credit and criminal background as well as landlord and employment references.  Security deposit is a minimum of 1-1/2 times a month’s rent (could be larger depending on the outcome of the applications).  Security deposit and prorated 1st month’s rent are due at lease signing.

RV PARKING OR STORAGE SPACES AVAILABLE

RV Space Available on Monument Drive, Grants Pass – Senior RV space available month-to-month, appropriate for older occupants. $450/month includes good well water, garbage, and septic. RV’s to be 10 years old or newer and in excellent condition. Close to freeway access. Medical/Fire first responders within a half mile.

The kitchen has lots of storage, counter space, and comes equipped with an electric range (no refrigerator). Water (well), and sewer (septic) are included. Tenant will be responsible for electricity and any other utilities. No pets / No smoking
